Order Processing

● Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

● You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its journey.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all selected products as a Thank you to all of our customers so feel free to fill up your baskets.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Vynlo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@vynlo.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
